Yes! HomeIQ Academy is completely free for homebuyers. Your real estate agent provides it as part of their service to you.
How is my Readiness Score calculated?+
Your Readiness Score (0-100) is based on your self-reported financial profile — credit score range, debt-to-income ratio, down payment savings, and target purchase price. It updates as you complete modules and as your financial situation improves.
Does HomeIQ Academy pull my credit report?+
No. We never access your credit report or bank accounts. All financial data is self-reported and used only to calculate your personalized score.
Can I message my agent through the app?+
Yes! Use the Messages tab to send direct messages to your agent. Messages are delivered in real-time.
How do I reset my password?+
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?+
Yes. Sign in with the same email and password on any device. Your progress syncs automatically.
How do I delete my account?+
Contact your agent or email support@homeiqacademy.com and we'll process your account deletion within 48 hours.
